Jay Says...

“Public Relations is reputation management. Two principles guide my PR counsel.

1. Creation and constant management of your company’s reputation can influence your customer’s buying decision as much as price point, service and location.

2. People do business with people – people they like and trust, not other businesses.

“We identify and promote a company’s value to major stakeholders whose positive opinion is critical to its success: customers, stockholders and employees. The constant, truthful and creative communication of your company’s value builds trust and appreciation for your services or products.

“Trust and appreciation build a bridge across which you can do more than gain new business today. You keep and build that business tomorrow.
